On the Other Side of the Chasm

When I’m coaching people on camera I spend 100% of my energy working to get them out of their own way.

A lifetime of deep care about what the rest of society thinks of us has led us to a psychological place where we feel we can’t act authentically in front of other people.

Paradoxically, it’s that authenticity that will make people connect with you and love you.

What are we afraid of? A lot, it turns out.

But if we could just take a deep breath, and summon the courage to dance like nobody’s watching - our success is waiting on the other side of the chasm.
